Our Story
The Falls Distilling was founded with a mission to create gins that are pure, simple, and easy to drink neat. James comes from five generations that have made their home just above the falls in Willamette, Oregon. Because of this personal connection, the history of Willamette Falls is honored in all of The Falls Distilling’s small-batch gins.
Our Gins
The Falls flagship River Gin was released in 2022. This smooth, easy drinking gin got such a positive response that it was quickly followed by Knotty Gin, a strong yet balanced navy strength gin, inspired by James’ 12 years of service in the U.S. Navy. Captain Webb Gin, oak barrel rested for a hint of smoke and subtle caramel, followed in 2024.
Our Awards
We’re pretty proud of all of our gins, but what would the experts say? In 2024, we decided to find out by entering them in a number of prestitious blind tasting competitions. Turns out we were right! The Falls Distilling gins were awarded Platinum, Gold, and Best in Class titles, including a Best in North America award for Captain Webb Gin from the Gin Guide in London...a town that knows gin.
